I forgot to say something very very VERY important:: MAKE SURE YOU GET ENOUGH SLEEP!!! i go to bed around 10 every night, and sometimes earlier if I feel exhausted. your body needs rest!
I, and I'm kayla will back me up on this, would like to add vitamin C to the recommendations. :) Lots of fruit. Oh and fresh air, go get some!All great suggestions though!

I agree Kelly. My roommate caught the bug last week and as soon as I felt it coming on, I was popping the Vitamin C drops and sleeping my life away! That's the best thing you can do if you feel like you're getting sick.
And definitely do go in to Norris Health Center if you've been sick for awhile.I just found out I have bronchitis. And the girl who lives below me is coughing up blood as of recent.
everybody needs to be taking more preventative measures, especially when we are around so many people. I have been also using disinfecting wipes and spray in my room and around the suite.
